Return procedure

In this case:

1. Pack the product in the same way you received it, so that it is protected during shipment.

2. Send the parcel via the courier agency from which you received your order.

We would like to point out that in the event that the authorized product does not meet the reasons for which it is returned, it will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense.
